Our business is conducted and all hires operate under the standard terms and conditions of the Hire Association Europe Standard form of contract, the text of which is printed on the reverse of our Hire Contract. Proof of identity, company order or confirmed knowledge of customer is required against all hires. A deposit is required against all hires with the exception of approved and established credit accounts.
Monthly account facilities are available to approved customers providing satisfactory references. Strict monthly settlement terms apply.
Our hire rates and charges are currently scheduled in our catalogue. However, alterations or changes may apply without prior notice.
All rates and charges are subject to VAT at the standard and current rates prevailing.
All time periods are chargeable, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, unless individual arrangements are made otherwise and confirmed.
Extra days over the first full week’s hire are each charged at one-fifth of the weekly rate.
